Increase in Flow of Artsakh Residents Entering Armenia

The flow of our compatriots entering Armenia from Nagorno-Karabakh has increased as of yesterday. This was stated during a live broadcast on "News" by Vardan Sargsyan, a representative of the humanitarian crisis management working group in Artsakh.

He provided details about the operations being carried out at the humanitarian station located in Kornidzor, emphasizing that the flow has not stopped yet. "The humanitarian station in Kornidzor is welcoming citizens on a continuous basis. Necessary registrations and processes are carried out on-site," Vardan Sargsyan said.

According to the representative of the humanitarian crisis management working group, an assessment of the needs of our compatriots from Artsakh is conducted after they enter Armenia. "The overall process related to the reception of citizens and the movement of vehicles is manageable. I should also mention that this entire process is under significant attention, with numerous media outlets, including international ones, witnessing and covering the situation," Vardan Sargsyan added.

He also informed that if necessary, the capacities of the center opened in Goris will be increased. It is worth noting that as of September 26th at 08:00, 13,550 forcibly displaced individuals have entered Armenia from Artsakh.
