Azerbaijan Announces Dispatch of Ambulances to Stepanakert

Azerbaijani media reports that ambulances have been sent to Stepanakert to assist those injured in a tank explosion.

Earlier, Hunan Tadevosyan, the head of the Public Relations and Information Department of the Republic of Artsakh's Ministry of Internal Affairs, stated that the medical staff of the 'Republican Medical Center' in Stepanakert has been working in emergency mode following a powerful explosion at a gasoline storage facility near the Stepanakert-Askeran highway on September 25.
