The situation is extremely severe, and every minute is crucial as seriously injured individuals need to be transported to Armenia via helicopter. This statement was made by the former Deputy Minister of Defense of Artsakh, Artak Zakaryan.

“The International Committee of the Red Cross, foreign embassies in Armenia, and the Government of Armenia must take urgent measures to transfer those seriously injured from the explosion at the fuel depot in Stepanakert to hospitals in the Republic of Armenia by helicopter. The situation is extremely severe, and every minute is crucial,” his statement reads.
