Many Missing Persons, Therefore It's Hard to Say Whether the Detained Are Among Them: Artsakh Interior Ministry
In Artsakh, there is no information regarding who has been arrested by the Azerbaijani security forces on suspicion of carrying out a 'diversion' on September 19. Huann Tadevosyan, spokesperson for the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs, stated in an interview with Azatutyun that they are not aware of whom the Azerbaijanis have arrested and have learned about it from Azerbaijani media.
According to the website, Baku has not yet disclosed the names or provided photographs of those detained.
According to Tadevosyan, there are many missing persons, making it difficult to say whether the detained are among them.
Furthermore, Tadevosyan informed that an operational headquarters has been established alongside the Ministry of Internal Affairs to coordinate search and rescue operations. 'At this time, everyone is being evacuated from the regions,' Tadevosyan told the media.
Recall that it was earlier reported that official Baku has announced that during the so-called 'anti-terrorist measures' conducted on September 19-20, some individuals have been disarmed and arrested, who are suspected of committing 'terrorist acts,' including the deaths of two Azerbaijani civilians and four police officers as a result of explosions on September 19.
