Injured from the explosion are screaming in pain, but there's no one to help, a relative of Armen Beglaryan, who was wounded in a powerful explosion at a gasoline storage facility near Stepanakert, told News.am.
“My relatives were there and are in a wounded state. People's burns are so deep that they have reached the bones. People are screaming in pain, but there is no one to help; at least the Red Cross should take these people to Armenia,” he said.
It is reminded that the medical staff of the 'Republican Medical Center' in Stepanakert has been working in emergency mode since the powerful explosion that occurred on September 25 in the area adjacent to the Stepanakert-Askeran highway at the gasoline storage facility.
As a result of the explosion, there are numerous casualties and injuries.
