105 Bodies Discovered in Various Regions of Artsakh, Reports Ministry of Internal Affairs
The search operations for soldiers who were killed and considered missing, as well as for civilians during military operations, are ongoing. This was reported by the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs.
With the active participation of rescue workers from the State Emergency Service, search and retrieval efforts have been continuing throughout the territory of Artsakh since September 21 for deceased and missing soldiers and civilians.
On September 21, the body of one civilian was found in the Ajapnyak neighborhood of Stepanakert.
As a result of the search operations conducted on September 22, one wounded soldier was retrieved from the Ghaybalishen area of Shushi, and the bodies of two fallen soldiers were found near Charektar.
On September 23, 68 bodies were retrieved, of which 4 were civilians from the village of Sarnaghbyur in the Askeran region, including 2 children and elderly couples. On the same day, 2 civilians were found in the territories of Nakhidjanik and Sarushen villages, and their lives are not in danger.
On September 24, as a result of search operations carried out in various directions, a total of 34 bodies were retrieved, and 3 civilians were found in the village of Shosh in the Askeran region.
The search and rescue operations are ongoing. The Emergency Service will periodically announce updates regarding the results.
