VIDEO. Residents of Martakert bid a tearful farewell to their city

Residents of Martakert are saying goodbye to their city. “Goodbye, our beloved Martakert,” a local woman tearfully states.

Earlier today, the Artsakh information headquarters announced that with the accompaniment of Russian peacekeepers, the relocation of those families who have become homeless as a result of the recent military operations and have expressed a desire to leave the republic will take place.

The government will soon provide information regarding the relocation of other groups of the population.
