Video: Peacekeepers Release Footage from Stepanakert
Life in Stepanakert continues to proceed peacefully. This information is stated in a message published on the Telegram channel of the Russian peacekeeping forces. Alongside the message, a corresponding video has also been released:
“There are no violent pressures against the civilian population by Azerbaijanis. The Russian peacekeeping contingent is patrolling the city,” the publication states.
On September 19, Azerbaijan initiated military aggression along the entire contact line in Artsakh, referring to it as "local anti-terrorist measures" supposedly aimed at "restoring constitutional order." One day later, an agreement on a ceasefire was reached with the mediation of Russian peacekeepers, with the terms of the ceasefire notably including the disarmament of the Defense Army and the withdrawal of heavy equipment from Artsakh.
On September 21, a meeting took place in the city of Yevlakh, located 100 kilometers northeast of Stepanakert, between representatives of Artsakh and the Azerbaijani delegation.
