Artsakh's Human Rights Defender Office Receives Numerous Disturbing Reports
The Office of the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh is receiving numerous horrifying letters regarding the Azerbaijani information terrorism directed at the peaceful population of Artsakh, reports the Artsakh Human Rights Defender.
"Azerbaijani Telegram channels are encouraging people to find, kill, torture, and rape the missing individuals from Artsakh, even offering money for such acts. Many relatives of the missing, who are already in a psychologically vulnerable state, complain that Azerbaijan terrorizes and threatens them through phone calls and text messages. This is yet another expression of anti-Armenian sentiment and interethnic hatred, which only proves that the peaceful population will have no security guarantees if they fall under Azerbaijani control," the statement said.
