17 Wounded Transferred from Martakert to Stepanakert: ICRC

Zara Amatuni, head of communication programs for the ICRC delegation in Armenia, has informed the media that the Red Cross has today transferred wounded individuals from Martakert to Stepanakert.

She noted that it was possible to transfer 17 wounded people from Martakert, which is under blockade.

On September 19, Azerbaijan launched a large-scale attack against the Republic of Artsakh. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense claimed that "the civilian population and civilian infrastructure objects were not targeted, and only 'military targets' were taken out of action."

According to the latest reports, the Azerbaijani aggression against Artsakh has resulted in 200 casualties (10 civilians, including 5 children) and 400 injured (40 civilians, including 13 children).
