VIDEO: How Russian Peacekeepers Evacuate Civilians from Artsakh Regions

Russian peacekeepers have released footage showing the evacuation of civilians from the Martakert, Martuni, and Askeran regions. Over 5,000 individuals have been received at the peacekeepers' camp. The Russian Ministry of Defense reports that 704 people, including 440 children, remain under the control of Russian peacekeepers.
