32 hours after the ceasefire, Azerbaijan is preventing the Artsakh side from retrieving the bodies of our soldiers and civilians under its control. This was stated by Artak Beglaryan, the former Human Rights Defender of Artsakh and former advisor to the Prime Minister, on his social media page.

“Many wounded could have survived if the Azerbaijanis had allowed this opportunity. This is their 'humanitarian' step,” he wrote.
