It has been reported that Russian peacekeepers are evacuating residents from villages near Askeran to the village of Ivanian, located in the area of the Stepanakert airport, where the headquarters of the Russian peacekeeping forces is situated.

Many users have compared the footage to the exodus during the Armenian Genocide in 1915 under the Ottoman Empire. The images speak volumes.
