Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense Issues Statement

Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense has announced the commencement of "counter-terrorism measures" in the Artsakh region. The military positions are being reinforced with personnel, armored vehicles, artillery units, and other fire weapons.

It was previously reported that Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense declared the start of military operations in Artsakh, which they refer to as a "counter-terrorism operation." They have stated that the deployed measures have been communicated to the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent and the leadership of the Turkish-Russian joint monitoring center.
