Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry to Create Humanitarian Corridors and Reception Points for Evacuating Artsakh's Population

The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry has announced that Baku will create humanitarian corridors and reception points to facilitate the evacuation of the population from Artsakh. This comes from a country that has recently started a war, claiming that it will ensure the protection of administrative, social, educational, medical, religious, and other facilities for the Armenian residents of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Women, children, the elderly, as well as persons with disabilities and the sick will be provided with necessary medical and other assistance, including drinking water and food.

Previously, it was reported that the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry announced the start of military operations in Artsakh, referring to it as a “counter-terrorism operation.” They stated that the Russian peacekeeping contingent's command and the leadership of the Turkish-Russian joint monitoring center had been informed about the measures being taken.
