25 Victims in Artsakh. Human Rights Defender Provides Data

The Office of the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh reports that, according to information received from the morgue in Stepanakert, as of 20:00, there are 25 fatalities due to the comprehensive acts of terrorism carried out by Azerbaijan, two of whom are civilian residents.

Earlier, it was reported that the genocidal forces of Aliyev conducted airstrikes in the vicinity of the town of Martakert and in the villages of the Askeran region.

In just 15 minutes, dozens of explosions were heard in Stepanakert, as noted by former advisor to the Prime Minister of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan.
