VIDEO: Commission Members Pour Water on Ballot Number 9

A video has been released showing how commission members poured water on ballot number 9 at one of the polling stations.

As a reminder, by 20:00, 324,553 citizens, or 28.46% of the 824,250 eligible voters, had participated in the 2023 Yerevan City Council elections, according to the Central Election Commission. In the same time frame during the 2018 City Council elections, 370,323 citizens (43.65%) participated, while in 2017, 245,226 citizens (40.99%) took part.
