VIDEO: Why participation in the elections has decreased, explained by the Civil Contract party

In our case, I believe there is perhaps a certain level of trust among voters that the "Civil Contract" will, after all, easily win the elections. This was stated by Civil Contract parliamentary faction member Vahagn Aleksanyan in an interview with NEWS.am, addressing the question of why the voter turnout rate has decreased.
