Artsakh Defense Army Issues New Statement

The Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense's statement claiming that Defense Army units opened fire on Azerbaijani positions in the occupied areas of the Askeran region around 00:50 is false. Additionally, it was reported that from 00:55 to 03:00 on September 17, construction works were carried out in the Askeran region and the direction of Karvachar, which were allegedly halted due to the actions of Azerbaijani units. This is yet another piece of misinformation.
