UK Lists Wagner Group as a Terrorist Organization

The British authorities have included the Russian Wagner private military company in the list of terrorist organizations. This was stated in a declaration by the UK Home Office.

"The Russian Wagner group of mercenaries has been recognized as a terrorist organization on September 15, following the submission of the relevant order for parliamentary discussion on September 6. The order comes into effect immediately," the statement mentioned.

It is noted that being a member of the Wagner group or actively supporting it will become a criminal offense in Great Britain, with individuals facing up to 14 years of imprisonment, which may be imposed alongside fines.
