Kanaker-Zeytun Young Athletes Participate in Campaign Events, Reports 'Akanates'

On September 12, students from Yerevan's Kanaker-Zeytun Youth Sports School participated in a campaign event held in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district in an organized manner. This was reported by the 'Akanates' observation mission.

The report also states: "The coach of the sports school shared an announcement about participation in the event in a parents' social media group with 34 members, indicating that 'everyone's presence is desirable and mandatory.' Moreover, just hours before the event, parents received another reminder regarding their children's participation in the event. Attached is the correspondence.

This incident not only constitutes an abuse of administrative resources but also represents a gross violation of the fundamental principle of voluntary participation in political activities for children.
