“We have proposed our options for resolution, which are already well known, and there is nothing to hide. Armenia controlled 7 regions that were under its control after the well-known Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict. We proposed to agree with Azerbaijan in such a way that 2 regions, Karvachar and Lachin, would effectively remain under Armenia's jurisdiction, but the Armenian leadership did not agree to this, despite our attempts to convince the Armenians for 10-15 years. In response to our question about what you should do, they answered - we will fight,” said Putin.
