Ukrainian Armed Forces Have Lost Over 71,000 Personnel During Counteroffensive, Says Putin

The Ukrainian forces have lost more than 71,000 servicemen during their counteroffensive with no results achieved, stated Russian President Vladimir Putin during a plenary session at the Eastern Economic Forum.

"There is no result, but there are significant losses. Since the start of this counteroffensive, personnel losses amount to 71,500. At times it seems that these are not their people at all," said the state leader.

He also reported that the Ukrainian armed forces have lost 543 tanks and 18,000 armored vehicles.
