Newly Appointed Commander of Russian Peacekeepers in Azerbaijan
The newly appointed commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent deployed in Artsakh, Kirill Kulakov, is in Baku. He met with Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense Zakir Hasanov to discuss the situation around Artsakh and the Lachin corridor.
General Oleg Salyukov, the commander of the Russian Ground Forces, was also present at the meeting.
