Video: Streets of Anadia Flooded with Wine Due to Factory Accident
The Portuguese city of Anadia has been flooded with wine due to an accident at the Destilaria Levira factory. This was reported by the local JN publication. The incident occurred on the morning of September 10, but the footage has only circulated on the internet today.
It has been noted that two containers filled with “divine nectar” exploded at the facility, resulting in several tons of liquid spilling out. The wine has flooded several streets in the city.
Local authorities are concerned that the wine could end up in the Septima River, which could be deemed an environmental disaster. However, the apocalyptic scenario is unlikely to come to fruition as the streets have already been cleared, and affected urban structures have also been addressed.
The company responsible for the factory incident has allocated resources for cleaning the streets of Anadia. While the economic damage to the city and the factory has not yet been calculated, the significant expenses incurred by the company from the accident are worrying the authorities.
