Paul Pogba's Doping Test Returns Positive Result, Faces Four-Year Ban
Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has tested positive for doping following the first round of the Serie A match against Udinese, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The test revealed an extremely high level of testosterone, putting the French midfielder at risk of up to four years of suspension.
The match between Udinese and Juventus took place on August 20 and ended with a 3-0 victory for the Turin club. Pogba did not take to the field during the match.
Last season, the 30-year-old player was limited to just 10 appearances due to injuries, providing only one assist.
