No Preconditions for Resuming Negotiations Currently, Says Peskov

There are currently no preconditions for resuming negotiations with Ukraine, as Kyiv shows no willingness for dialogue. This was announced on September 11 during a briefing within the framework of the EAEU by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia.

He noted that Russian leader Vladimir Putin has repeatedly spoken about Moscow's willingness to engage in negotiations.

“At this moment, there are no preconditions for resuming the negotiation process,” Peskov stated.
