Closure of Gas Stations at M. Heraci 12 and Avet Avetisyan 70/7

The State Inspection Body for Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety of Armenia has announced that based on the directive of the head of the inspection body, fire safety specialists have conducted fire-technical examinations of gas stations located at M. Heraci 12 in the Central administrative district of Yerevan, and at Avet Avetisyan 70/7 in the Arabkir administrative district, operated by the companies 'RAN OIL' and 'TITAN OIL', respectively.

As a result of the examination, significant violations of fire and technical safety regulations were identified, posing an immediate threat to the life, health, and safety of individuals. Considering the risk and degree of danger associated with the violations of fire and technical safety requirements, the head of the State Inspection Body has made decisions to suspend the operation of these gas stations. The operators have been duly notified of the decisions made.

On September 11, the operator of the gas station at M. Heraci 12 ('RAN OIL' LLC) took measures to dismantle the gas station independently, while the gas station at Avet Avetisyan 70/7 ('TITAN OIL') has been sealed off.
