It should be noted that the police also reported that on September 9, around 10:00 PM, an administrative proceeding was initiated at the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the fireworks carried out in Yerevan. The organizer and executor of the fireworks have been identified and subjected to administrative arrest.
