Extraordinary Incident in Pokr Masrik Village: Wolves Attack Sheep and Lambs

Today, an extraordinary incident occurred in the Gegharkunik region. Around 08:40, a call was received at the National Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, reporting that wolves had attacked sheep in one of the houses in the village of Pokr Masrik, as reported by Shamshyan.com.

It was found that the wolves had attacked the sheep belonging to 30-year-old Hovhannes Mejyan, a resident of the 6th alley on 1st street in Pokr Masrik. In total, 10 sheep were killed, while 3 others were injured. There were about 30 sheep and lambs in the barn at the time of the incident.
