Azerbaijan has disseminated yet another piece of misinformation. The message from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense stating that Defense Army units allegedly attempted to carry out construction works in the Karvachar region on September 7 at around 07:50, which were supposedly thwarted by the actions of the Azerbaijani side, is yet another instance of disinformation.
