VIDEO: Attack on Konstantinovka Market is a Deliberate Act of Terrorism by Russia - Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has commented on the attack by Russia on the Konstantinovka market, stating that it is a premeditated act of terrorism by Russia.

“The strike was premeditated; we understand what they are doing. It is the same as before when certain positive offensive actions by the Ukrainian defense forces take place, and afterwards the Russians always strike civilian individuals and civilian targets with various types of missiles or artillery. We are very well aware of this pattern. We understand that they deliberately hit… this is yet another premeditated act of terrorism by the Russian Federation,” emphasized Zelensky.

Earlier, it was reported that Russian forces struck the central market area in Konstantinovka. It has been reported that many people were present in the market at the time of the strike. According to preliminary data, there are 16 dead and about 31 injured. The final number of casualties and injuries is being verified.
