Video: Tensed Situation on Tsitsernakaberd Highway

“This is the Tsitsernakaberd highway; there is no border demarcation indicating where construction is taking place. Arthur Chakhoyan has been arrested. And now they continue the construction in violation of the law, for which they present neither documents nor a project,” stated user Eduard Hairumyan on his Facebook page, sharing a related video.

Earlier, Facebook user Arthur Chakhoyan reported that the municipality had decided to demolish the park pathways leading to the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex, which are made of stone slabs, and to pave the area with asphalt instead.
