The statement issued by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense claiming that the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia opened fire on Azerbaijani positions located in the eastern part of the border at around 07:20 on September 4 is yet another piece of disinformation. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.
