Artsakh Defense Ministry Responds to Azerbaijani Statement

The Artsakh Defense Army has classified the statement issued by the Azerbaijani side as disinformation. This was stated in a declaration by the Artsakh Ministry of Defense.

“The statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense regarding the alleged construction works carried out by the Defense Army units on September 3 at approximately 18:10 in the Askeran region, which was supposedly interrupted by actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is yet another piece of disinformation,” the statement reads.

As previously reported, on September 3, around 14:20, the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire in the direction of Janaktak in the Martakert region of Artsakh, using small arms and a HAN-17 grenade launcher.
