The event took place at one of the schools in the capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert. It was previously reported that all educational institutions in Artsakh would mark the start of the school year on September 1st. The Ministry of Education and Science has stated that everything possible has been done to prepare for the commencement of the educational process under blockade conditions.

According to the ministry's decision, the class schedule has been adjusted to fit the situation in Artsakh, with classes starting a bit later, ending earlier, and each lesson lasting 35 minutes.

It should be noted that Artsakh has been under blockade for already 264 days.
