Azerbaijani Forces Continue Fire with Small Arms and Mortars Towards Sotk and Norabak

As of 13:30, Azerbaijani Armed Forces units continue to fire with small arms and mortars towards the Armenian positions located in the Sotk and Norabak sections. This information has been reported by the Ministry of Defense, which also noted that it will release an additional statement.

Earlier, the Ministry had stated that the enemy had used drones and mortars in the direction of Sotk.

It is important to recall that this morning, the Armenian Ministry of Defense announced that the enemy, by spreading false information since August 31, created an informational basis for another provocation, and starting from September 1 at 07:50, it began intense fire against the Armenian positions located in the Sotk area.

As a result of the fabricated provocations by Azerbaijan, the Armenian side reports 2 fatalities and one injury.

The Ministry of Defense had also earlier reported that the enemy is using mortars.
