Ukrainian Defense Minister Reznikov to Be Relieved of Duty

Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov will be relieved of his duties. This was reported by TASS.

It is noted that he will be appointed as the ambassador to the United Kingdom.

“According to my information, Reznikov will leave the position of defense minister and then go to the United Kingdom as an ambassador. In terms of timing, this will happen next week, meaning in the first week of September,” wrote Yaroslav Zheleznyak, a member of the Verkhovna Rada, on his Telegram channel.

According to him, Reznikov will be replaced by Rustem Umerov, the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
