Pashinyan Thanks Idalgo for Humanitarian Aid
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, held a working dinner with members of the delegation led by Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo. This information was reported by the press service of the Armenian government.
"Pashinyan expressed gratitude for the initiative of several regions of France to provide humanitarian assistance to the people of Nagorno-Karabakh. He emphasized that the blockade of cargo transportation once again demonstrates Azerbaijan's policy aimed at deepening the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh," the statement said.
The participants underscored the necessity of actions directed at overcoming the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. They exchanged views on issues related to Armenian-French relations and existing cooperation.
It should be noted that Mayor Anne Hidalgo arrived in Armenia on August 30 to personally accompany the humanitarian aid being sent to Artsakh and to provide urgent assistance to the state. Today, she traveled to the Syunik region, specifically to Kornidzor, and later visited Goris, where she held a press conference with the French delegation. The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, also participated in the conference via video link.
