VIDEO: Pack of Stray Dogs Attacks Child in Makhachkala, Boy Escapes into Water

A pack of stray dogs in the city of Makhachkala, Dagestan, has attacked a child, forcing him to flee into the sea to save himself. This was reported by the press service of the Dagestan Prosecutor's Office.

The video circulating online shows about 10 dogs chasing the boy, who manages to enter the sea while the intimidated animals stop at the shore.

In connection with the incident, the republic's prosecutor's office has initiated an investigation.
