VIDEO: Azerbaijanis Kidnap Young Man from 'Checkpoint', Interrogating Another

Approximately one hour ago, a 22-year-old student was kidnapped by Azerbaijanis with the mediation of Russian peacekeepers while being transferred from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia. Another individual is being interrogated. This was confirmed by Tigran Petrosyan, the head of the anti-crisis council attached to the President of Artsakh, during a live broadcast on his Facebook page.
