What Weather to Expect in the Last Days of Summer: Temperatures to Rise Again

In the territory of the Republic of Armenia, on August 27, dry weather is expected without precipitation. Late on August 28, during the night of August 29, and on August 30-31, brief rain and thunderstorms are expected in some regions, with hail possible in certain areas. This information is provided by the Hydrometeorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The wind will be from the west at a speed of 2-4 m/s, with intensification expected during thunderstorms reaching 18-22 m/s. The air temperature is set to gradually rise by 2-4 degrees Celsius on August 27-28.

In Yerevan, dry weather is expected on August 27 and 31. On August 28 and 30, there might be brief rain and thunderstorms in certain parts of the city in the evening, with rain and thunderstorms expected on the 29th.

From August 26-29, wind intensification of 15-18 m/s is anticipated.

In the capital, on the night of August 27, temperatures are expected to range from 14-16 degrees Celsius, with daytime temperatures reaching +31 to +33 degrees.

On August 27-28, a high fire danger situation will persist in Yerevan, the Ararat plain, and the foothill regions of Aragatsotn, Kotayk, and Vayots Dzor.
