VIDEO: US Military Helicopter Crashes Near Australian Shores

During exercises near the shores of Australia, a V-22 Osprey military helicopter crashed, which was carrying US Marines. This information comes from RIA Novosti, which cites local media.

“Around 11:00 local time, an Osprey helicopter went down near Melville Island during Predators Run exercises, which involve crews from Australia, the United States, Indonesia, the Philippines, and East Timor,” the report states.

It is noted that local television has reported that around twenty American servicemen were on board the aircraft. There may be casualties as a result of the crash. Crew members have been declared missing.
