The Conflict in Ukraine is Headed for a Stalemate: Bloomberg
Ukraine and its allied states are concerned that the conflict in the country is gradually entering a stalemate, as progress on the battlefield is happening very slowly. This was reported by Bloomberg.
“Publicly, Kyiv and its allies deny that the war will reach a stalemate this year, but some officials in the private sector warn that this is becoming more likely due to the slow progress being made,” the article states.
It is also noted that Ukrainian allies believe that the Ukrainian armed forces are unlikely to reach a breakthrough moment in 2023. Earlier, U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan stated that U.S. authorities do not believe the conflict in Ukraine is currently at a stalemate.
