New Details in the Gavar Incident: Videos Found on the Children's Father's Phone

The father of the child subjected to brutal treatment by his mother, Anna Arevshatyan, has been interrogated in the Nubarashen prison as part of the criminal case against her.

Tatoul Madatyan is currently in custody for committing sexual violence against his own children and is being held at the Nubarashen penitentiary facility.

According to information from the "Zhoghovurd" newspaper, the father was questioned because Anna Arevshatyan informed law enforcement that the purpose of her actions and filming the child was to send the material to her husband. However, when asked what her husband did with the recorded videos and how they spread online, Arevshatyan claimed she was unaware.

In this regard, law enforcement conducted a search in Nubarashen prison.

During the search, several phones were found in Tatoul Madatyan’s cell, and he had a phone containing several videos related to the child.

After the search, the father was transferred from Nubarashen prison to the investigative department of Gavar, where investigative actions were carried out.

It should be noted that the criminal proceedings have revealed that Anna Arevshatyan, with the involvement of her 12-year-old daughter, intended to create child pornography to satisfy the sexual needs of other individuals through communication technologies, exhibiting brutal behavior towards her underage daughter, thus creating and distributing child pornographic material.

During the creation of this child pornography, she inflicted severe physical pain on her underage daughter through acts of violence and sexual nature, and also involved two of her daughters under the age of 12 in the production of pornographic material. The parents are currently in custody.
