VIDEO: How a Citizen Damages the Elevator in the Underpass Adjacent to the 'Closed Market'

The head of the Construction and Improvement Department of the Yerevan Municipality, Khoren Grigoryan, has released a video showing how a citizen is damaging the elevator installed in the underpass adjacent to the 'Closed Market'.

“I am sharing a segment from the video where someone, around 12:30 AM after waiting for a long time when there are no other people in the area, starts to ‘interact’ with the elevator placed in the underpass adjacent to the Closed Market. The full video (6 minutes), along with related materials and an inventory of damages presented by QaylTech, will be handed over to the law enforcement agencies today. The rest will be shown in the process,” he stated.

Earlier, it was reported that the elevator installed in the underpass adjacent to the Closed Market had been deliberately damaged and removed from its rails.
