VIDEO: Drunk Driver Rams Into Crowd in Kaluga, Injuries Reported
A Toyota Corolla vehicle struck a group of people standing on the sidewalk in Kaluga, resulting in approximately 10 injuries, according to preliminary reports from a source at Izvestia on Thursday, August 24.
The incident occurred on Kirov Street, and the driver of the vehicle was reportedly intoxicated. Emergency services have arrived at the scene.
