Russia to Provide Armenia with 50,000 Textbooks by Year-End
“Russia will continue to support Armenia in improving the quality of Russian language education in the republic,” said Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
“Currently, over 5,000 Armenian students are studying in Russian institutions. We will continue to support the enhancement of the quality of Russian language education in Armenia. We are also pleased that Russian language teachers from Armenia are regularly retrained in Russia. By the end of the year, we will deliver approximately 50,000 textbooks,” Mishustin added.
He reminded that during Pashinyan's meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, all these issues were discussed in detail, including the construction of new schools.
