Opel Crashes into Gas Pipeline Near Sevan Peninsula and Rolls Towards Lakeside

On August 19, at 21:04, the emergency response center of the Gegharkunik regional rescue service received a report of a traffic accident near the Sevan Peninsula, where a vehicle had fallen into a ravine and there was an injured person.

It was revealed that on the 66th kilometer of the Yerevan-Ijevan highway, an Opel vehicle (driver S. K., born in 1995) exited the roadway, struck a gas pipeline, and rolled approximately 20 meters towards the lakeside area.

Rescue teams extricated the driver from the vehicle and transported them to a medical center, where doctors assessed the injured person's condition as serious.
