Cause of Death Revealed for 11-Month-Old Child

On August 13, an 11-month-old child who died on the way to the medical center in Artashat spilled boiling water from a kettle onto himself earlier that day. According to Aravot.am sources, the child, being in a stroller and out of his parents' supervision, approached a table where an electric kettle was plugged in and boiling, pulled it down, and poured the hot water over his head, which led to his death.

A criminal case has been initiated by the Ararat regional investigative department on the grounds of potential homicide regarding the incident.

It should be noted that on August 13, a tragic event occurred in the Ararat region. The Artashat Medical Center reported to the police that a child's body had been brought to them.

Police and investigators have determined that the deceased child was 11-month-old Narek A., who passed away while being transported to the Artashat Medical Center by relatives around 10:00 PM that same day.
